Fantastic Friday!

Today has been the most beautiful day! It has been one of those days where everything is good from the start. I got to work early. I only had 11 kids total and by lunchtime we were down to 8. All we did is play games and get messy making beautiful art. We had lunch outside so we could enjoy as much of the wonderful sunshine as possible.

All I can say is today was a good day and I am Happy!

Having authority sucks!

Hi my name is Virginia. I don't like confrontation and I don't like telling people what to do.
This of course is unavoidable when you have a position of authority. I am number 3 in the chain of command at work and number 1 in the evenings when the other two go home.
Yesterday a very nice but incompetent person flubbed again and I reported it.
This morning when I got to work they had decided to let this person go. Guess who got to be the legal witness to the termination? Me.
I feel like a dirty snitch.
